UndoneI can see everything of her, every thought,
every notion and belief.
It is cruel but it is there and alive.
Beating and breathing, rotten and molding.
Behind her eyes it hides, hidden and savored.
I pulse the pleasure of shifting my skin,
to show her what I am but I am afraid.
Afraid and hopeless in my own cage.
The bars familiar yet so unknown.
I clench the materiel and find it is
not iron or steel. But bone.
It is her rib-cage. Alive and abusive of blood.
It is I, who am the one who is undone.
What is it?Hollow core, abandoned and forgotten.
I cannot remember the last time I loved
a moment so dear and endless. So precious.
Crystals of ice claw at my eye-lashes,
daring me to step into the sun.
I do not challenge myself to stand,
it would leave me broken and flawed.
That innocent move would cause me to
fall to the shallow earth and never move again.
Just like the one's who had dared before me,
to dare to never breathe and love again.
Eye's shining and glazed, they follow the illuminant
light that glares down on me in the shadows.
I want to move, want to stand and explore the unknown.
I cannot, I am therefor prisoner of my own
